I was really excited when I went to a local Kmart( Freeport Illinois) and saw a sales rep there discussing the current promotion(pay $12 now and $12 at the session) He told me to go online and look at the gallery to get pose ideas, which I went to and doesn't work. Even though that should have been a heads up, especially after reading some of these reports, I still was excited to go to my session.

When I arrived today not only was the photographer running behind schedule she didnt seem to have a clue to any questions I had. I was told there was no price per page fee and that packages started out at $20......what a joke lowest package I was told was $99 now thats a $79 difference. I was also told I could pick my background and poses, neither which I was allowed.

My whole session took 10 min and the family before me was there for 45 min whats wrong with that picture. Seems because I asked too many questions I was pushed out the door. I could have gone to Wallmart and paid $4.95 for a much better package deal. I expect to be told the truth and not be reeled in by a bunch of false promises, which is all this company offers.

I can only hope when i go view my pictures i don't have my hopes let down again. I will never recommend this company to anyone again. In fact if I go into a store and see a rep I'd rather hang out and warn customers of the scam they are running.
