National Studios apologizes for any difficulty you had receiving your pictures. The representatives are in the stores for a certain amount of time giving to us by the store.We cannot exceed the time that they give us to distribute pictures.We appreciate you letting us take your family photos,by now i'm sure you have your portraits and I hope that they were as great as you knew they would be. We are a traveling studio and our schedules changes everyweek, as to were we would be taking pictures and passing out pictures.When you called customer service those were the times that we would be in the store distributing pictures.
