National Tax Solutions nationaltaxcorp.com (no longer a good email) We contacted National Tax Solutions and they promised to help and for us to be assured they could take care of any tax problems and for us not to worry. The removed $3,500. from our account and then we had little contact with them and an Allison Jones was who would do the work only she was very rude and even refused to talk to my husband. My husband and I owed money to the IRS and was in contact with a Company called National Tax Solutions. They promised to take care of our problem and for us just to relax and let them act for us. When your scared and someone seems to be your only help you seem to accept what they say just from the stress. They took $3,500. out of our checking account and then never followed through with any help. A woman named Allison Jones gave us nothing but trouble and even told my husband she would not deal with him. Nothing was ever done to resolve our tax problems and they were asked several times for a refund since they had not done what they promised.
Eventually we could not reach anyone from the company and found out they had changed their numbers and their name. Is that not fraud?? I believe that is embezzelment and even extortion which is a crime. I wonder how many other scared people were ripped off by this company. We had to hire an attorney to help us which cost us more money and never got any money back from the National Tax Solutions. Now I see an advertisement about them with an A rating with the BBB even though I and some others complained about them and they have a A rating.....Why? They take innocent peoples money and then pay the BBB to give them a good rating so they can continue stealing from people who actually need help. Please help us get our money back.
