Nationstar Mortgage Company As of June 2015 my Dad passed away and I was left Administration of Estate. I contact this company a few times and spoke with numerous of people and was given the run around about my Dads account. I ask a few of them for the payoff for my house, and I recived at statement at one price and by 11-24-2015 I received another price. I was told before that house wasn't in foreclosure. One week later after placing numerous of calls . I was told my house was put in foreclosure no one sent any mail stating my house was going into foreclosure. These people give you the run. around until they can take money from you. I was paying off the house with the insurance check after a fire. This company need to be under fire due to stealing. They never have information mail out to inform customers what's going on with your home. So yes I agree with this suit. Thank you This company ripping me off due to them not informing me to what's going on and put me in foreclosure. And they had two different payoff amounts.
