Nationstar mortgage violated respa and tila requirements on my loan, because of them I am losing my home. They won't answer my calls and give me different stories than what they tell my realtor. They use deceptive sales techniques and put me in a bad loan. The only reason I did it was because my loan officer told me he would get me a better deal a couple months down the road, then they lost their licensing in my state.

Chrnic Springville, Utah U.S.A. We have written letters to different departments that supposedly take care of the TILA and RESPA laws. They DO NOTHING, IT IS AMAZING HOW THESE INDIVIDUALS COME TO THE DETERMINATIONS, THAT CENTEX/NATIONSTAR MORT. HAVE DONE NO WRONG! CENTEX/Nationstar violated every law you can think of, but the Department of Insurance, and the Department of Corporations, do not want to investigate. We applied for a loan and after we signed the documents at our home with a notary they chose, the Good Faith Estimate was changed and we were not made aware of this, and our Grant Deed was notarized without my husband personally appearing before the notary and he did not sign the notary book. I can not believe that someone can make changes on a Good Faith Estimate, in the amount of $27,000.00, and not disclose this information to the borrowers for approval. The lender and the title company provided false information and inaccurate information to us to keep us from executing our right to the three day rescission period. Eventough, we called all the time requesting an updated Good Faith Estimate, they refused to give us one, so that we would not cancel the loan. I have forwarded my papers to the District Attorney and I am waiting for a date to meet with them. I advise you to send the complaint to the Department of Corporation, your Attorney General, although they will probably do NOTHING, but maybe someone will look at all the complaints and decide to investigate. I refuse to give up, and I hope you will continue to fight, if anything, maybe this will not happen to another innocent victim. They are LOAN PREDITORS! If there is anything I can help you with, please contact me. I will let you know what happens with the district attorney. Maria
