My Mortgage was transferred from Ocwen to Nationstar on November 1. 2015.  My last payment was sent to Ocwen on October 27th and the payment to nationstar was aparantly due on November 1, but Ocwen has no record of that payment being recieved, however, I have emailed proof of payment from Chase bank to Nationstar at 2 different email addresses as well as spoke to someone over the phone.  The rep I spoke with assured me that it was only the November payment that I was behind and I would not be behind a second payment until December 1st and that the missing payment could be researched and would not affect me for 60 days while it was looked into.  

However, I just had a woman TAKING PICTURES OF MY HOME with my children outside!! She said she was taking it for Nationstar and to call them and that they would be taking pictures weekly until my matter with the bank was resolved.  This is insane and Harassment! It is Sunday and I can not contact anyone at the URGENT number they said I MUST call when they were taking the picture.  After 23 days with this company they are harassing me like this, after I sent payment verification?! This is beyond ridiculous
