This is a scam!!! DO NOT give these people your personal information! Nationwide Auto & Truck Warranties is also known by other names such as Warranties 4 Wheels, Genuine Warranty Solutions (now known as GWS Inc. of Arizona... not very subtle!), & BNT Marketing. His websites are plastered all over the internet with links to hundreds of various automotive service sites, dealerships, 'Mercury Warranty', etc. Looks like he used to be advertised on a popular Land Rover forum until TOO MANY PEOPLE COMPLAINED about the services provided by the CROOK Wayne and his croonies, and the site owner took it down... The owner uses fake names and harrasses customers who call in to make legitimate claims for their vehicle. He leaves nasty messages using foul language and screams at people who are in their old age. Doing business with an online company is something I WILL NEVER DO AGAIN!! They said they were going to "refer me to a dealership they work with", I eventually got an email from some company called BNT Marketing and the address it was sent from was Nationwide!! At least do your covering up if you're going to try and pull a fast one on people... Not to mention even AFTER I said I didn't want the policy, I continued to receive email after email after email after email from BOTH COMPANIES!! I suggest to everyone to never buy a warranty or even look for a QUOTE online!! Most of the pages will probably lead you to: Wayne Craig www.warranties4wheels.com www.nationwidewarranties.com www.genuinewarrantysolutions.com Even by searching for those company names online, it leads you to hundreds of RANDOM sites... What does that tell you about a company?? And I was told they have been in business for almost TEN YEARS..? Where is the proof?

Whatever you do, DON'T BUY A WARRANTY THROUGH ANY OF THESE COMPANIES. You might as well throw $3K down the toilet because that's about how useful these policies are!

Former Employee - Libeling a Truly Reputable Company

#2UPDATE Employee

Wed, October 03, 2012

To all of our current and prospective clients, please be advised that although you see multiple listings here, the very first post is from a former disgruntled employee. Unfortunately, these sites are not monitored. Anyone can post anything! Nobody verifies the validity of the posts that are entered into the news feed. Even worse, nobody even has to reveal any true identity. Why she felt the need to act as though she was a customer or prospective customer is unknown.

Our former employee was terminated for goofing around on social media websites such as Facebook and Twitter, while on the clock. When everything was looked into, we found a few months worth of untouched work that was hidden away in her desk. As a result of this, her future commissions were held. She was very upset about it and got her revenge by fabricating false reviews and posting them on these websites that were originally designed to protect consumers.

Each of the remaining posts seen here are authored by the same person, Tee Stockton, whom was a true customer of ours. Why he felt the need to post the same story so many times is unknown.

There isn't a single company that has a perfect reputation, no matter what type of business it is. You also have people that do not read contracts before making the purchase and dealerships that offer the policy without reviewing the coverage with the customer. The biggest problems found in this industry are caused by pre-existing conditions. This is when people purchase a warranty to fix something that is already in need of repair. Every policy that exists excludes pre-existing conditions. In the amount of time we have been working with this company, we have dealt with over 50,000 people and have only a few who had a negative experience. Mostly due to not understanding the coverage and exactly how warranties work or even working with a repair shop that doesn't follow the Mitchells or All Data guidelines. Having a service contract protects consumers from being over-charged by these types of repair facilities.

We hope you can understand this and that it does not discourage you. As a broker, we do everything we can to make sure our customers get the service they expect and deserve. That is one of many reasons why we are the oldest broker of our kind in the nation. Others have been bought out at least once or went belly up. Our company is still owned and operated by the original founder. Please call 1-866-352-4999 to obtain a free, no obligation quote.

Please refer to the terms and conditions of your policy and payment plan agreement.

Please be advised that this customer has posted this story multiple times with the wording slightly changed. It may appear that there are multiple complaints from multiple people. Please refer to the author of the posts as they are all from Tee Stockton.

The events that occurred with this customer were caused by his own actions. The customer mentions that he purchased the policy in Aug 2011 when my original policy expired. He was over a year and a half out of factory warranty when he purchased the policy on 8/11/11. This customer purchased using a payment plan agreement in which he failed to adhere to. Per the terms and conditions of his payment plan agreement, if a payment can not be processed for any reason, on the monthly due date, the VSC will be in default and voided out. In January 2012, the billing did not go through. We made multiple attempts to contact him by both phone and email to collect the balance due. The customer failed to respond, forcing the contract to be cancelled per the terms and conditions of his payment plan agreement. In one of his posts, he says he is out $3,000.00 because he is stuck paying for the policy. That is not true. He paid his down payment plus 4 monthly payments.

The next contact from the customer was on 11/3/2011.  The customer took the vehicle in for service on 11/2/2011.  He spoke with his agent and had explained that the check engine light had come on. His agent then explained what the process would be, given the payment plan that he elected. His statement to his agent was that he would wait to see what the repair costs. The policy had been in force for less than 3 months and he had multiple items in need of repair. While the claims department was working with the customer on this claim, they had told him multiple times that he would need to contact the agent that he purchased the policy from to discuss an administrative issue, which was referring to his payment status.

Additionally, the customers repair facility told the claims manager that they had last seen his vehicle in 2008 when it had approximately 18,000 miles on it. The claims manager then requested maintenance records from the customer. They received 4 records dating from 2/5/08 to 6/15/11.  On each record, he had exceeded the oil change requirements by both time and mileage.  His claim was denied due to insufficient service history.

The next attempt to contact him was on January 16th,. We made multiple attempts to contact him by phone and email to inform him that we had difficulties collecting the payment for the month of January. He failed to respond.

Next, he took the vehicle in on 1/25/2012. The requested repairs were for the same exact issues that the vehicle had on 11/2/2011. He still had not satisfied the outstanding balance on the policy. He still had not paid the monthly payment that was due for January. The previous issues were never fixed.

There isn't a single company that has a perfect reputation, no matter what type of business it is. You also have people that do not read contracts before making the purchase and dealerships that offer the policy without reviewing the coverage with the customer. The biggest problems found in this industry are caused by pre-existing conditions. My name is Tee and I purchased my policy with this company. Nationwide Auto and Truck Warranty out for Arizona. I m the original owner of my SUV. I bought my policy thru them back in Aug 2011 when my original policy expired. Just so our family have a peace of mind.... After three months and 3000 plus miles. My Engine Light came On. i brought it to the Dealership and have them checked. Be side that they up-sales a few more thing like wiring and power steering pump.... Anyway, It got Denied by Nationwide. I called and asked (jim). At first, he going to sent a inspector down to check the claim. After more then a week when by. Nothing happen. I keep calling and calling. Finally he told me to go get a second opinion. Off course, I had to pay for the inspection to get my car out. But I did what he were asking. So I took it to another shop. They inspected but my light was on and No codes pressent. They also inspected my p/s pump and wiring. They cannot pin point the leak. So all they did was replacing a few light bulbs, and he told me to drive it till the light came back on, also leak or noise from the power steering. Two plus month went by. No check engine light but a drop of oil in the drive way. I took it in to the repair shop and them take a look. They told my the Power setting was leaking. they called and faxed the claim in. Off course, It was DENIED. I called in and talk to Jim. He said it was pre-existing. So he Denied the claim. I said " OMG are you kidding me?". He HUNG up on me. I called back. But no answer. Finally, I Called Stacie and she told me that someone will call me back. An hour later, Someone did. But he didnt tell me his name and I asked like three time. fifteen minutes into the conversation. I knew that they are not going to cover my claim. So i asked "is this a Scam or something". He went off and cussing me out... Calling nasty name."you F Dumb, Stupid a*s Asian. Making fun of my accent. And He went on and on... I never dealt with any So Rude, Racial, Unprofessional ever.... He then told me that he is Cancel my policy affective NOW. SO IT TRUE ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I m filling a claim thru BBB now and I will expose this company. They operated out of Arizona. So be aware. And yes. it cost me $3000. 00 for my policy too...and I have all maintenance record for my vehicle since day one....

To Everyone:

The owner of this company fired 3 employees last week that were blatantly not doing their jobs and 1 of them is behind these ridiculous allegations. We know who wrote this and she even lied about the state where the compliant originated from - If anyone is to make accusations, they at least need to be honest and say who they are, where they are truly from and offer specific cases with proof of harm to people, Just as the guidelines in Rip Off Report requires to post or make a rebuttal.

Unfortunately, in the Vehicle Service Contract business, the Dealers, Consumers and the Repair
facilities try to get away with murder when they hide problems before buying/selling VSC's and then try to get more repaired than truly necessary - especially on obvious pre existing condition claims, so YES, people get claims denied, however, if the recent posting is really an issue, why is it one of the only one on Rip Off Report since W4W & NAW has been in business since 2002 - You would
think there would be thousands of other complaints...............

These "Rip Off" Internet sites can be a feeding ground for disgruntled employees as well as jealous competitors and most of the time are posting illegitimate claims. Even on Yelp, I sometimes read horrible reviews about restaurants that I know personally, that are excellent and they get bashed online anyway.

So, if you have a vehicle with masked mechanical or electrical problems, purposely purchase/sell a contract and try to get away with paid claims to repair your vehicle, be ready for a battle that you will lose 9 out of 10 times. If it is a legitimate break down, it will be paid - End of story................
