Nationwide INS Allied INS Titan INS Victoria INS not fair not right,messed up and weres my rights in all this crap? Des Moins, Iowa
my story begins with a very clumsy driver in front of me,of course i heard the the whole crap about if someones in front of you and they drive reckless u hit them its your fault crap!but weres our rights!!!well,the lady in front of me and i both mad a left turn off Clinton Hwy onto Callahan RD her in Knoxville TN we both were in the right lane ,she diced to get in the left lane and proceeded on the speed limit was 45 i hadnt picked up speed yet and she bared back into my lane(right)without a signal light and then stopped!!!just stepped on her brakes with no cars in front of her at all!!!!i honked my horn at that time but rammed into her,because i had no choice,she made it to were i had no choice!!!!this is not fair,iv never been in in an accident before!and this means if we have no rights being behind and driving behind reckless drivers,we have to pay for their crime,yes Nationwide came and looked at my damaged vehicle and is charging me $1300 cash for hers!!!she had no damages on the back of her black metal bumper on older model suv type truck,i really live on a fixed income and this was real un fair,i hope theres someone out there that can read how awful unfair this is and maybe help me,this took place 11/11/11
