Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I received 2 calls from this company claiming that they were a law firm the first time they called and saying that they were looking for someone by my name, and they even had the last 4 of my actual social security # and the first call they gave me a a line about how I owed US Bank for a payday loan back from 2008, LOL I laughed and said that I never took out a payday loan with US bank, and especially not from 10 years ago! The lady just said that they would update their records and hung up.

The same woman called a week later from a different phone # and left me a voicemail saying they were going to serve me court papers today at my place of employment, and were also going to reach out to everyone else connected to me (this is also illegal) to servie me court notice of litigation in regards to this same payday loan. They left the 855 # this time and a case # so I called back, and started asking questions. I asked when this so called payday loan was supposed to have been taken out, and the woman who answered said that she needed to transfer me to the person handling my case and put me on hold, she came back a few minutes later and said they weren't available so she would answer my questions. When I again asked her WHEN this was supposed to have happened, she said "A WHILE AGO" and just started into how they were going to take legal action, and this was going to go on my credit report etc. unless I didn't pay. I told her to wait just a minute! I NEED to know when, the amount of the loan, the date it was supposed to have happened and what company it was since US Bank doesn't offer payday loans so that can't be right... then she again just started with all of tne same crap. I LAUGHED at her and told her this was a SCAM first of all, anythiing that happened in 2008 was over the statue of limitations if this were an actual debt and that I hadn't had a US bank account in more than 10+ years so again SCAM and told her that I was calling the police and a lawyer! She tried to argu me down, and finally got frutrated when I told her I was turning her in and she hung up. I called a lawyer and provided all of the same information she provided me, and they also said it was a scam.

LOOKOUT NATIONWIDE MEDIATION the world is onto you!!! It won't be long before your found... it's just a matter of time.
