There are 40 reports on this site alone from this lowlife criminal. I have a business for 30 years and not one report here. He obviously does the same thing over and over because just looking at March 2013 shows it must have been a busy month for him to squander customer's money. The law is right on his butt now.

We changed nothing on our contract....except what you suggested so you could extort some money and still you left it undone after collecting you collected more than half.....$8000. It's all going to catch up to you!

Nationwide pools needs to be stopped! A class Action suit needs to be filed. I for one will put a complaint against his license.

This is not a valid complaint. I find it difficult to respond to such lies, but find it necessary to do so in-order to uphold Nationwide Pools reputation, as well as my own. My name is Keith Stuart (CEO of Nationwide Pools) & can be reached @ 954-234-7665 at any time. I take my business very serious and would never rip anyone off. When doing 500+/- projects a year you try to satisfy everyone but sometimes there are some you couldn't possibly satisfy no matter how hard you try. I believe this to be one of those cases. This all started when our N.W.P. sales rep sold Joni Wilson a swimming pool renovation. The very 1st time I met Ms. Wilson , was when she came in to make her color selections. This is when Ms. Wilson told me how I FREAKED her out, (how much I looked like her father) and that it was not a good thing. At the time I thought it was strange, which most would agree when reading her complaint, but I acted as if I did not hear her & ignored her statement. Who ever looks at this please do not pass judgement on the words in the complaint alone. Please review the following response with the verifiable contacts. * Thousands of dollars were not stolen. In fact a valid contract was executed, project was started, Ms.Wilson made several change orders during the project, Ms. Wilson told us she was going into foreclosure and defaulted on here required payments for her project. To confirm please contact me at the above # listed to view supporting documents. * To date there is no litigation but I will be looking for a defamation lawsuit if this is not withdrawn. To confirm please contact me for the name & # of our Corporate Attn. * Ms. Wilson made changes after selected materials were bought & delivered.
