I worked there and you will not get your deposit back I hate to say. They have their terms and conditions written so tightly and you signed it. They do this just so the credit card companies cannot dispute any charges. They are 100% crooks and how they get away with it i do not know. You are lucky they didnt pick up your items. There was someone that wrote on here about particpating in a class action lawsuit. I have tons of info to share regardring his many companies and please give me the info regarding class action lawsuit.

I tried working through my credit card company. They really supported me and felt Nationwide had cheated me very badly. They worked very hard to protect me but were unsuccessful against the unscrupulous tacts of this horrible company. Nationwide will go to the ends of the earth to lie about the situation and hurt you even more. They told my credit card company that if the charge was disputed they would simply go after me through 3rd party collections. The credit card company has told me to protect my rights I need to consider small claims court.

Dear Anderson: I would suggest that you get in touch with some of the other individuals that have had problems with Nationwide Relocation like you. There are alot of us out there that have been burned by Nationwide and its affiliates. Do yourself a favor and contact the BBB in Florida to start. Also, participate in a class action lawsuit that is in the works against tis company. Nationwide will not do anything to help you. They are really good at bending the truth so be careful. If we don't stop Nationwide Relocation now, many others will get scammed and you'll see even more reports listed here.
