Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Please, lets get together and sue Nationwide and its AKA's for outright fraud, deceptive business practices, and causing tremendous financial losses as well as pain and suffering in moving our belongings.  Most people who are professionals, especially those in the medical field, can get a job anywhere. Therefore, they are the ones that are moving cross country, etc.  Nationwide will hold your belongings hostage if they think they can squeeze more money out of you at anytime, starting from their estimators, then on the day of pick-up when they force you to sign docs after everything is loaded, docs that are prepared ahead of time to rescind your binding estimate with your estimator, and also to change the visual estimate of your weight and give them permission to add charges at their discretion for packing and labor, etc.

We need to all get together and send our complaints to the Consumer Complaint Agency and the DOT's FMCSA's Enforcement division to keep letting them know that this company is continuing to harm its customers, many of whom are doctors, nurses, artists, scientists, etc. who have very valuable items and large families.  There are many young people starting out as well with new jobs across the country and these people do not have the resources to fight this company.

We as a nation need to stop letting big corporations robs from us.

Please report all the details to the Federal Motor Carrier's Safety Administration enforcement division as they now have the ability to fine Nationwide and make them pay for restitution of its customers.

Dear Nationwide,

You are not cooperating and insist on fraudulently based charges and have sent your fraudulent balance with over $1,000 in "fines" (you call them late fees) by your company adding to the bill!  Wow!!  You really think you have power don't you?!!!  Instead of analyzing the final charges, you have insisted on making me pay for weight I didn't have (6,198 lbs) and you provided me with no reimbursement for being 23 days late past the last window of delivery date (s/b $30 x 23 days), nor for damages I claimed due to furniture damage, loss of income, pain and suffering for not having my medical devices, etc. You won't do  this until I sign a form releasing you of any wrong doing, such as fraud, etc. How convenient and deceitful that you do this to all your customers.

You did not provide any service to me at all. In fact you were a major disservice to me. You held my load hostage from the moment you forcefully took it by your carrier, Colonial Van Lines on May 17th.
You planned to keep it until another of your windows of delivery which was between June 29-July 2.
You kept postponing delivery until I would agree to your extorted charges-first it was paying for 7,000 lbs after my load was put on your truck, then with a fraudulent weight ticket it was 7,400 lbs, then after i reversed my credit card charges it was for 6,198 obs.  However, my real weight (If I can trust that your criminal driver didn't add another load to it when he weighed it in Marshall, MI, 30 east and in the opposite direction he said he was taking it to which was Chicago) was 5,560lbs. Even that was much higher than my last weighted move of 4,600 lbs in 2010.

If it had been for the police, Move Rescue, the Consumer Complaint Agency, and finally the DOT's FMCSA Enforcement division forcing you to deliver, I don't know if I ever would have received my good which included all of my business equipment, art inventory, furniture, and medical devices.  My neck injury and the authorities were the only reason you were prompted to deliver on June 24th, som 38 days afteryou took my load. The driver said you flew from Texas to get my stuff to me in Oregon where you had it stored somewhere waiting for me to agree to your fabricated weight and charges.

Instead of dealing with my credit card company over my reversal of your so called "binding estimate fee" you just turned this fraudulent bill over to your cozy collection agency in November without even sending me a bill. They just turned it into the credit bureau. I am having to fight these charges in a dispute with you.

How dare you fine me in late fees for not paying for a service that you never provided, in fact you hooked me up with one of your rogue movers. That is no service at all.  How dare you fine me when the govt. is fining you right now for what you did to me!

I am a 60 year old women with a neck and lumbar spine disability. A retired medical technologist who screened for cancer for years and who is also a well known artist and medical illustrator involved in the prevention of cancer through advocacy. How dare you try to destroy my superior credit now in another one of your hostage scams.

I owe you nothing. You owe me as well as many others for your continual crimes of extortion and fraudulent charges.  You caused me more misery than anyone on earth. It was like being in jail for 30 days without anything I owed and for no fault of my own.  You continued to make promises to deliver and then would cancel at the last minute each time.  If we did that to you, you would fine us and charge of extra. How one sided and totally unfair.

Your business practices are to be abhorrent. What you did to me is now a $10,000 per day fine. I have spoke with attorneys and will pursue this until you see the light of truth and feel the misery that you have caused others who have done no harm to you whatsoever.  You prey upon the disabled, the elderly, and the youth who have no money to fight you, so you think. Times have changed and it's now your time to pay.
