Nav Chan uses faked, forged or falsely acquired documents to bully his way around the Internet. Sending erroneous DMCA'a to American companies from Souht Africa.
Why not serve a DMCA to eht US Court System which possesses these documents and has them available for public display.
A DMCA Cannot apply to a public document or case, but Nav Chan does not care if he send erroneous false DMCA's because he is immune to repercussion due to his location in South Africa.
USING THE CITED DOCUMENT reference number cited in the DMCA RESULTS show the COPYRIGHT cited is not for the item claiming to possess a copyright, but rather, specifically for nothing other than a TELECOMMUNICATIONS LOGO. This data is directly from Republic Of South Africa Government Database.
What Nav Chan cited as copyright protected was never protected and Nav Chan knowingly sent a blatantly false DMCA, and to this day continues to file false abuse reports.
Nav Chan and cohort Daphne Heidelberg continue to promote false claims of abuse to US servers from their hideout in South Africa.
Nav CHan was kicked out of the United States after being arrested and sent to jail.
Nav Chan has been arrested and spent time in US jail for being software piracy, and selling bootlegged copies of a program called "EyeQ":

"Authorities said Monday that Navneet Chan Bhownath was placed in custody of federal marshals after his arrest last Thursday. Illinois U.S. Magistrate Sidney Schenkier ordered Bhownath held without bail until his return to face charges in Utah."

It also appears Mr. Navneet Bhownath has at least three US Court cases which he is attempting to odfuscate VIA nefarious and illegal methods. These are easily attained VIA US Courts. The case numbers are:
