NC Furniture Buy Direct Nc Furniture is a Rip off. They are dishonest. Don't buy from them. High Point North Carolina
I ordered a bedroom suite on April 2006 and was told the delivery date was July 6th. July the 6th came around noone called or anything. I would check the furnitrack thing and it wasn't working. I would call and call. I got emails stated that everything was going as it was suppose to and I still had the same delivery date. The date came and I didn't hear from the delivery company. I called and they told me it would be another 8 weeks because some of my pieces weren't in stock. They told me I could request a refund and it would take 7-10 buisness days. Here it is September and I still haven't gotten a refund. These people are full of lies. I call and don't get and answer. If someone does answer all they tell me is that my refund is at the bank being processed. I asked to talk to someone in the cancellations department but they tell me there isn't a number they can give me. I will be talking to a lawyer on Wed. I will tell all that I know how crappy this company is.

Just thought I would post that NC Furniture Buy Direct now has another website North Carolina Furniture World so they are working under two different names. Beware of this company. I still haven't gotten my refund or furniture from these people. I tried calling again and what do you know ---the mail box is full and noone answers the phone. What a way to do buisness. Don't buy from these company's they are a scam to get your money.

I have contacted BBB, I have had a letter sent to them from JAG (military legal) still no response. No Refund. They have blocked my calls. I have contacted Greensboro TV News waiting to hear from them now. I will not stop until everyone knows how this company rips you off. I am fixing to file a complaint and take them to court (although they wont show up) and I am filing to the Attorney General here in New York. If any of these does any good I will update and let everyone know. Feel free to contact me if you want to.
