Product ordered in July 2009, given numerous delivery dates that kept getting pushed out further, November 2009 no product, Megan rom Furniture Showcase suggested to cancel my order, she forwarded a credit invoice stating it would take 7-10 business days, but 19 days later stated the credit card machine was still broke and that I should call my credit card to initiate a dispute.

If the consumer would contact management; they will be sent the forms to insure proper cancelation of this order and will be refunded in a timely matter.
