Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I find it difficult to believe that a "company" run as shoddily as NCO Financial Services is still in business. I have been receiving calls from a Ryan R. about a person I have no contact with. While our last names are the same, that is the extent of our relationship.

I told the first person who contacted me that I did not have a phone number or address for the person he was looking for. He told me the person had given them my phone number as their own.

I assured him that a mistake had been made and that I was not the person they were searching for. I asked to be taken off their records as a contact and not to be called again. I was assured this had been done.

Well, I keep receiving calls on my phone and messages on my machine looking for this person. I have let several of them go just because I didn't want to fool with them. So, tonight I called them back to once again try to get the calls stopped. That's when the fun began. They repeatedly asked me what account the collection action was for. Like I know why they are calling me about someone else's bill. What a bunch of idiots.

After being switched, transfered and hung-up on, I called back got some guy named greg and I asked for the name and phone number of the CEO or VP of NCO. I was told that I could speak to his (Greg's) manager. I did so and was told by a Mr. O'Quinn that my number did not show on their database. I asked him to please expain to me how I kept receiving calls from their company after I had ask them not to call anymore.

I once again asked for the name, telephone number and address of the CEO or VP of this zoo they call NCO. I was told by this manager that the CEO of this FORTUNE 500 Company would be too busy for me to contact. I told him I didn't want it for myself; I wanted it for my attorney to see if he could get the calls stopped. I was then warned about threatening them. And once again I was "disconnected".

I went to the internet to search for a CEO's name and address for NCO. Surprise, I found this website. I cannot imagine having that bunch of complete incompetents after me. They are totally without any common sense and manners. I am documenting all calls I receive from this nuthouse and am contacting my attorney tomorrow to see what recourse I have in this matter. They are violating a do not call order. I have contacted the FTC regarding their disregard of my request not to contacted.

However, I may have to call them every night just to check on how they, their families and friends are doing. They did give me their number and told me it is urgent that I call. If I am tying them up, then they can't bother other people and it will cut into their profits a tiny bit. They sure don't want to talk if they are in the wrong.

My thoughts and prayers to all who are dealing with this bunch of losers.
