Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

NCO Financial INC, had recently sent me a letter stating that my account was being placed in collection for the amount of $545.00 from a said institution by the name of Beth Israel - Pathology Dept.

I never in my life had any services with the said institution (Beth Israel) what so ever. Nevertheless, I have never ever received any billing statements from the said institution for any services or past due amounts.

I called them, NCO, and they asked me for my last 4 numbers of my SS#, and then I replied to them, by saying you should have that information availiable as I speak, he then said ok, whats your birthday...I said I can't give you that information, and he then said well....We can't help you and now its your problem...Wow, the ordasity of that gentleman, who's suppose to be a representative for NCO to say that to a person who OWES NOTHING to them, but them trying to rip me off ....Please help me settle this fraudulent act of services......I believe in my heart that, I'm not the only one who has received notices from NCO...For money owed, from a company ripoff...! Thanking you in advance RIPOFF REPORT, for any help that i will receive.

Same thing happened to me. They tried to collect a so called "debt" from me regarding an ER visit I made to a Hospital that the company I work for owns! I informed them I was a employee of said company and Patient Services messed up and did not credit the said amount according to company policy. They apologized and even sent a letter stating their mistake.

Send them a Cease Communications letter via Certified Mail with return receipt requested. Keep copies of all this information. Visit www.budhibbs.com to read about these losers and even get a Cease Commications form.

Good luck and fight back!
