This was obviously a fraudulent ACH transaction. You actually have 60 days to notify your bank that it accepted a fraudulent ACH. They will have to provide either written authorization that you signed or a verifiable recording authorizing withdrawal of that amount.

I had an experience with these clowns. Bellsouth turned me over to them when I refused to pay for fraudelant 900 charges for service I never received. One of their debt collectors threatened to throw me in jail, take everything I own, and beat me up. Also threatened to harm some of my family members. This coward never gave his name or ID number. I would like to run into this person beat him down. I never did call these telephone hookers that I was billed over $175.00 for. I only paid these scum because 3 years ago I did not know my rights. NCO also tried to get me to give them my checking account number.
