NCS law group Morris Anderson received an email stating NCS Law Group will be downloading my case for a lawsuit, claimed they have 14 pieces of evidence that they placed a deposit into my checking account for $300, is now up to $798.89 Internet
I received an email from NCS Law Group at my personal e-mail address stating that they were beginning a law suit against me for a loan of $300 that I never repaid. When I requested more information the following response was received
"We are talking about the loan amount of $300.00 that you took with the company Advance Cash America which has now gone up to $798.89, they do have a signed copy of the contract which is signed under your e-mail address, also would like to mention your computer's IP address and your SSN was also traced when you were signing the contract with the company.The company have more than 14 technical evidence in order to prove the money was successfully deposited into your bank account."

I emailed them back stating
'Get out of here, I NEVER took a cash advance loan from ANY company. You must think I'm an idiot. What is my SS# then? Show me the evidence. (BTW, I am a criminal justice student 4 months away from graduation)."
and received no other response. I have not sent them anything other than an e-mail. I know that I never took a loan from these people, I do not believe in "payday" loans as they are referred to.
