I tried to place my order on line but they wouldn't take a mastercard payment. The order wasn't completed. The next day they called me at the number listed on my order form & completed my order. This was on 4-12-06 with a shipment date of 4-19-06.

This was the last I heard from them. I was given a confirmation number & told I would receive an e-mail with my tracking number. I've heard nothing.

I called 866-259-7122 & waited 25 minutes before talking to anyone. I've talked to someone twice & finally on Wednesday the 26th I was told I would have a tracking # on Friday.

Friday came, no number. I e-mailed them but so far have heard nothing back.

This is the second time "safetrustprocessing" has done this to me. The last time I had to go to my bank & request my money back. This took almost 3 weeks.

I just wanted to let you know that my order came today May 5, over 3 after I placed my order. I never received any communication from the company. Fed-Ex just showed up today & because I wasn't sent a tracking number I wasn't home, so I have to wait an other day. I am happy to get my order but this is a poor way to run a business. I will think twice before using this company again. I think the billing company is just as much to blame as the web site. They took our money and then wrote us off. BE WARY OF THIS COMPANY!!!!
