on 4/13/06 I made a purchase for phentermine at ndaphramacy/safetrustprocessing. I received a order number and a email was sent that same night stateing the order was approved and would be shipped out 7-10 days.

They took the money out of my account so i e-mailed them and received a email stating one of the pharmacys was closed down and it would be 7-10 days. i emailed them again and no respose this time.

I took the phone number off my bank transaction and called and got a recording. Sending me back to the web site. Their is a page set up where i can check my status which says active. But still no pills and no response. I want my money back or i want my pills.

I have to question the legitimacy of this site. Especially with the amount of complaints it has received. I too, purchased from this site on 04/20/06 and as of 05/25/06 had not received my order. My calls and emails would go unanswered. I finally got an email back advising my credit card would be credited and my order cancelled after threatening with FBI involvement due to family members on the force.

I, too, placed an order May 15th with my credit card. It was pre-authorized by the scam artists, but never charged. My credit card company said I can dispute the charge if they do charge me, so I feel comfortable that I won't be responsible. In the meanwhile, I found another company that had the item IN STOCK, a few dollars cheaper, and sent it immediately to me 2 day Fed Ex. Their name is Pharmasurf, and when you call the toll free number, someone answers the phone!! I checked first before I ordered, and also did a Google search to see if they had any complaints, they didnt!! Good luck guys. I am hoping that baloney charge never ends up getting put through my credit card so i don't even have to deal with Safetrustprocessing.

This is my take on the whole thing. When I ordered my meds on May 12th and was told it would take 10 business days, fine. I get that whole thing. However, just as I am reading your letters, I am realizing that the 866 number is a pay number, it enrages me even more!! I dont mind waiting for my order if its coming. The website will not recognize my order number, give me any information with a return letter after the multiple online inquiries I made. And the worst part, the phone calls I made were hung up on the majority of the time. That means to me bad business, no matter how busy you are. And this online pharmacy also states they are "award winning" for customer service. I am here to tell you, I am not sure who's handing out the awards, but they are not paying attention to this company. I will see if I ever get the meds I ordered. I am not hopeful. Good luck all you suckers like me who ordered from this company....never again!!

Ok so what I did was just kept calling over and over. After 2 hours I got on the phone with someone. She apologized and said I can cancel or wait. I said,"M'am have I been taken???" She assured me that I hadn't and the pills would be shipped as they just receied that new shipment Monday (May 22nd). The same woman called my cell and hour and a half later with the fed ex tracking number. The pills (all 90 of them) came this afternoon! My freind that ordered hers did not have the same luck as me. They told her that they would send the information to their supervisor and put it on priority. She also received hers today. Who knows!!?? Thank you to those who have been updating the complaints. I think it just a pain in the a** that it has to be this way but it sure costs a lot less than the fat doctor.

It would probably be a good idea to give some of us clues as to what to be on the lookout for to determine legitimate companies from scammers. For instance, I noticed (as did everyone else) that this company (NDA, safetrustprocessing, paytrustnet or whatever they're hiding under) makes it close to impossible to contact them. As a matter of fact, they have listed on their homepage a 'toll-free' number to contact them that is an 866 number. For those of you out there who don't know, 866 numbers ARE NOT free! While you're at it, get Oprah to do a show on this and it'll be guaranteed noone will ever buy from these companies again! Also, as far as the rebuttals you see 'defending' these ripoff companies, my husband pointed out there could be no way one can be sure these were not submitted by someone from the company itself, another food for thought...

Please do not say that everyone is buying drugs from a street corner when they purchase medication online without a script from their doctor. This is counter productive to people who are making legitimate complaints regarding a service not provided but paid for. My doctor has given me a script for phentermine but I found out that my insurance does not cover this medication; hence, I am ordering it online because it is much more inexpensive than ordering from a drug store. Please refrain from these types of comments. We are using this website as a platform to educate consumers of ripoffs. Thank you.

No need for anyone to get hasty. I am still holding out until next week. I have to agree with both sides (ripped-off & illegal purchase). I just want the medication! For those of you who have been fortunate enough to get someone on the line PLEASE ask the customer rep if they have heard of this website. This stupid excuse of "phentermine shortage" is old. As fat as America is this day and age there is no such thing. Doesn't seem to be a shortage of dexatrim, trimspa, or even ephadrine (sudaphed stimulant)!!! Still being patient........

Get off your High Horse!!! .. people are upset regarding their Phentermine orders because they are being ignored

Being ripped-off is being ripped-off, no matter how you look at it! Bottom line is, if you pay for something over the internet then you should receive it! If you don't receive it, then is it expecting too much to get some correspondence regarding your order? I don't care how much it costs to have an 866 # or a website (like the post references)...if you advertise, then you should deliver on your promise!!! I think most people are upset regarding their Phentermine orders because they are being ignored, not because they haven't received it yet. How can you help but feel like you are getting ripped off when you are trying your hardest just to find out what is going on with your order and you can't talk to a person or even receive an email from anybody??? So, people who think that we are bitching just for the sake of bitching need to keep their mouths shut! Once again, if I pay for something, then I expect to receive it, and if I don't, then I expect to at least know what is going on! Oh, and as far as the Cocaine analogy.....I wouldn't be stupid enough to even think about doing something like that, let alone actually doing it! That was just plain stupid of you to even bring up!

Reorder from NDA?

#12Consumer Comment

Wed, May 24, 2006

May, I would reoder from NDA simply because they delivered to me what they advertised. Yes it did take longer than I am used to. In the past, when I would initiate an order from ANY ONLINE pharmacy(except Frontier)I would receive it within days of pharmacy processing. I must admit that after not recieving any communication from safe processing(NDA)after my card was billed, I began to wonder if I was taken. After waiting on the phone(and hearing- WELCOME TO SAFE TRUSTPROCESSING .COM ALL OF OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS ARE BUSY WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS AND YOUR CALL WILL BE ANSERED IN THE ORDER IN WHICH IT WAS RECIEVED for at least 13 times), the 1st call got thru in about 7.3 minutes. "Andy" informed me that due to supply shortage my order was backordered and it would be at the earliest 7-10 days b4 it was filled. Anxiety resulted from that statement, but Andy gave me the choice to cancel with refund or hang tuff and it will process. I told him/her that I would wait. Realize this May:the web site and expecially the 866# cost money, and for the company to make this investment cost effective, it must provide a avenue for the customer to obtain fulliment and satifaction on the product. Frontier prolongs because it recoups it's investment thru its 20.00$prossing fee. and has no reason to deliver the product since it already has its monitary gain from the get go. Lets be truthful here, we all order phentermine from the internet because our own primary physician would not because we don't have the symptom(s)required to obtain a legal presription for Phentermine. Most major presription plans cover Phentermine scripts(minus the copay)with a paper perscription(copy of said document acceptable). Fact-the cost ratio per pill/tablet when being prescribed legaly is no more than 20% on the dollar than when getting it off the net. Legally, 90 count of 37.5mg would set u back about 20.00$, on the net more than 113.00$per that 90 count. So with out that paper script, we are screwed. So with all being said, look at our commonality with Phentermine like this: purchasing Phentermine off the net is just like driving up to a street corner in a major metropolus, that DEALS DRUGS, and giving the dealer a 20.00$ for a 16th of coke. You want it then, and after giving that dealer that hard earned 20-spot u immidiatly become suspect of that chunck off the of the key, as to it's potency-weight at this point is irrellivant since it has been "stepped on"-CUT, to increase the dealers proffit per grahm. U buy it and it turns out to be backing soda, do u go to the police an d tell them. No,u drive to another corner and hope for the best. So let's all be happy that there is this website, and all the others that prescibe phentermine and BLATENTLY ignore and disregaurd the DEA'S REQUIREMENT(S)Concerning legal prescriptioning. EVERY NOW AND THEN, when looking for ur DRUG OF CHOICE, you run the risk of losing your investment on that drug. I have no sympathy toward anyone who has lost money in their crusaid to obtain an illegally prescribed upper. I know the routine well, for I have been bouncing back and forth from site to site ,changing my name, sex, and and more to obtain it. I've even had the DEA contact me reguarding the transactions, thru my contact #. They have records, from the major carriers(fedex, ups) concerning repeat and duplicate orders to individuals of phentermine shipments(signaling an abuse)issue. In short, you are buying ILLEGAL narcotics with out much chance of legal entangalments, or repercussions. For every 100 deliveries of phentermine, you get shafted 2wice, you are still ahead of the game. When dealing with illegally gained medication over the net, 1 should not b***h and moan about being screwed.

Melissa, Thanks for keeping us up to date. I hope many others on this website will come back and post if they receive the shipments. My order was placed just over a month ago. I have NEVER bben able to get anone on that crazy phone. It is just the looping message and then it hangs up from time to time. Do you think you will order from them again? I am just glad to see that there have been no other charges or fraud to my account. In all honesty, we are purchasing a medication that requires a script! There has to be a scam involved somewhere!! Keep your chin up people. The shipments might just roll in!

I placed my order on 5-3-06 and just got my fedex tracking # on 5-19-06. I talked to 2 different customer service agents, Helen and Andy. realizing that this is really not their true name, they both told me I had the option to cancel and get refund or be a little more patient as they are extremly backlogged, just as the website banner indicated before ordering and I would receive my order sometime this week. Well I told them I would wait and low and behold I got my order shipped. Lucky, maybe, mabye not. Patient yes.

NDA PHARMACY NOT A RIPOFF AFTERALL

#16Author of original report

Wed, May 03, 2006

I filed a ripoff report thinking NDA Pharmacy was a ripoff because i was just to impatient to realize their really was a shortage of product when i seen someone else had did a ripoff report i freaked out. But good news I ordered 4/13/06 and today 5/3/06 I finally received my shippment in good health. And i feel terrible about doing a ripoff report. To all just be patient. Now on the other hand stay away from federalmeds.com When i was being impatient i ordered threw them and got scammed for fake pills. i Guess i get what i deserve. But i just wanted to correct my mistake by this update.
