Neopets.com ripoff the business that doesn't give a d**n California California
First of allthe neopets froze my account based on a child linging to them and saying that I had cheated them when the fact of the matter was the child wanted an item that I had for sale in the shop that I had.
The fact that I got frozen was unfair to begin with since I had done nothing wrong. The child had there friends say that I was cheating and without the neopets team just froze my account before checking out the facts.
The particular web site just refuses to go by their own rules and regulations therefore I feel that I have been mistreated and would like my accounts back so that I may play games to relax in the evening after a stressful day at the office.
I am not the only account that has been frozen for others reporting that they were cheating when in fact it was them that was doing the cheating to begin with. Once you check into this you find that this occurs quite frequently even when you haven't been on playing any of the games.
The only thing I want out of this is to get my account back so that I may play the games. Also I would like all my family members to receive their accounts back as well.
