Eric Borukhov is a sick sick piece of sh*t. He asked me for a deposit for an apartment in Queens NY. I paid him the deposit ($7,500) and he told me that he didnt have a receipt and would be right back with the receipt and lease. He totally vanished and never answered his phone. If I ever find him again I will strangle him.

Nerik or Eric whatever his actual name is would sell his mother for $1. He and his wife Stella Akbashev are big time con artists. They are in breach of contract and owe me over 3k. Shady individuals. Nevertheless! I am on to them and will Get my money no matter what I have to do.

I have since worked out the misunderstanding with Mr Borukov, who claims he had an emergency with family and therefore couldnt provide me with the lease as promised. Now that he has paid me back the money which I gave him, I have agreed to remove the rip off report page, but I do not see a removal button. He has pleaded his case to me, and he has paid me back, and I would like to remove the report. ThanksJeff

This is different Nerik Borukhov. The guy who is described in the report is Nerik Borukhov from Dakota Realty. He is not related to attorney Aron Borukhov or his brother Nerik.
