NESI Nelson's Engineering Services, inc. Melbourne Florida, lies to clients BAD engineering BAD BUSINESS!!
NESI is a telecommunications services provider in Melbourne, Florida. They are sub contractors to some of the major telephone service carriers.
They are a very unprofessional company. I have worked for them on-site of 3 years and was just recently laid off. Well they called me back to do some work from my home and then took it back the next day saying I was not working fast enough.
I sent them the invoice for the hours that had been put into the project, but they refused to pay it. After many attempts to reach the Area Manager (Jeff Hayes), I was NEVER responded to other than the one e-mail stating that my work was horrible and late, and that if I wanted to go to court over it they would be happy to.(Knowing I am broke and have no way of doing anything).
The worst part is that I still have friends within the company that told me that he was just lying to get out of the bill and that there was nothing wrong with the work.
NESI lies to clients telling them that they have more people working there than they actually do. They are a very dishonest company. They would use previous projects of other companies to cheat through a job with a new company and lie about the amount of hours that were worked. ANY telecom comanies looking for a subcontractor should be VERY careful about doing any business with them. STAY CLEAR!!!
You will not get your work on time, you will not get the service you need and you will BE VERY dissapointed with the service you get. Just ask the dozens of lost contracts like:
FPL, AT&T, Epik (losing it soon), Williams Communications, Level (3), Qwest Communications, and that is to name a few. There are some divisions of Sprint that will not deal with them anymore and many others that have all cancelled negotiations with them. In the 3 years I worked there, WE NEVER ONCE got a project out on time due to BAD engineering and terrible instruction from uppermanagment.
