 I tried to buy min. on the net10 website. I have a credit card on file and never had a problem before untill now. I tried buying min but the website says invalid card number. So I tried it again same message. So I added another card treid to buy min again same message, then tried it again same message. So I tried another card got the same message.

 

I called the company to buy min. the card on file denied. So I gave him another. That one worked I got my min. but here is the bad part. I looked at all 3 of my credit cards I tried online and all 3 are chaged for as many times I tried them with getting the messages invaldid card number.

SO I called back and got a lady from the corprate office explained the problem she put me on hold indefinitly. Very bad customer service. I hope the charges don't go through, otherwise they owe me 2200 min.

The VERY BEST suggestion I can give you is GET RID OF THEM!  N-10 has the WORST customer service of ANY company on the planet as you have seen.  Check around, most of the majors now offer the same type of service.  Every credit card has a procedure to go thru to dispute unauthorized charges.  Check that out too.
