I purchased 2 dresses from Net Fashion Avenue on May 7th 2013. My wedding is May 31st 2013. We called and placed our order over the phone with a lady named Michelle. She claimed they were in stock and will ship out the next business day. After 8 days passed, nothing was recieved so I sent an email asking for a tracking number. The next day they sent me a tracking number and when I tracked it, it stated it was just scheduled for pickup. After a few days I recieved the package and to my surprise there was only one dress. I waited a couple more days to see if they might have shipped it seperately and nothing. I then called and left several messages and then wrote an email asking where my other dress was. This is the exact exchange and response between me and net fashion 5/20/13:

Where is our other dress that I paid for on May 7th? We only recieved one dress on Friday. My wedding is next week and this dress still needs alterations. This is absolutely ridiculous. My sister has left messages for someone to get back to her with no avail. Please call me asap or overnight this dress to us.

we are sorry to hear that you do not appreciate our collaboration with you on this order. The dresses are shipping from 2 different warehouses and we are expediting all for you without charging you any extra and also offering you a discount. At this point if you are not happy with this order we feel that there is no point of making it all happen for you as you do not appreciate none of it. A refund for the second dress was issued and we will recall that package. thanks

I'm not asking for a refund. These are matching dresses, if I don't recieve the other. I'm sending the other back for a refund.  Its not a matter of appreciation, when we placed this order, we were advised that they were in stock. How long will it take to recieve the other dress? Please let me know asap.

we do not offer refunds. And the dresses are not matching they were in different colors. We have a processing time disclosed at our site of 3-10 business days which we are still under that time frame. At this point this order is done.

May 7th this order was paid. That's well past your "stated" time frame. Also this order was not done online, it was over the phone and we were told they will ship immediately. Otherwise we would not have ordered them from your company since were in a time crunch. The style are suppose to matching, not the colors.  You dropped the ball on this time sensitive order and now you will refund the entire order since now I will be ordering both dresses from another vendor. Its your job to make sure you properly fullfill an order not the customers and if there's a backorder its your job to inform the customer. I am shipping this dress back to you and I expect a full refund or else I will open a paypal dispute and file a chargeback with my bank. I will write many negative reviews about your company all over the internet, which I guarantee will cause a nice little dent in your business.  Have Michelle (person who took the order) or your boss call me to work this out asap since you obviously need more training in customer service.
 
This was my final response from this scam asrtist vendor. I am currently filing a chargeback and a dispute with paypal to resolve this since they refuse to do anything and cannot get anywhere with them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, this company is garbage and has an F rating with the BBB. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU STAY AWAY!!!!
