Here is the whole story about a rip-off telecom company in Los Angeles in the hope that we can get together and bring those people to the court or and teach them a lesson.

We started doing business with this company on

11/10/2004 and have bought the following:

3000 cards 888 $10 x $6.50 = $19,500

2900 cards 888 $5 x $3.25 = $9,425

Total: $28,925

We sold these cards to our customers out of state of

California for couple of weeks and the cards were all

returned back due to problems - quality of service,

the route to certain countries including Vietnam was

very poor. We paid the shipping charges for collecting

the returned cards. The first return from customers

were 200 $10 cards x $6.50 = $1,300 and 200 $5 cards x

$3.25 = 650 - total $1,950. We sent them deactivation

for these cards (on Dec 21 2004) and they promised to

pay us when we collect all the dead card (in-active

cards) and send back to them. We have to wait until we

have collected all the cards from customers and today

(Mar 03 2005) we brought all the cards: 445 $10 cards

x $6.5 = $2,892.50 and 605 $5 cards x $3.25 =

$1,966.25 - total $4,858.75.

When we brought the cards to there office, the sales person took back only the dead cards and delined to take the live (active) cards that they are supposed to refund to us. She is the one sold the cards to us but she tried to avoid this return. She said she is not authorized?!

She left us at the office with out any check that she

has promised to pay us for those cards we requested to

deactivate (Dec 21 2004 as mentioned above).

In addition, she left without signing us the receipt for

those dead cards she collected in the office. After

arguing with her on the phone, she told the accounting

department hold the check with silly reason. Nadia

then told us to wait for Avi Yroshalmiane (Vice

President). We were very upset but tried to be patient

and waiting for him in the office for half an hour. In

the mean time, a lady from customer service department

came in to get us the receipt for the dead cards

(because we were afraid that Nidia might later on deny

receiving those cards).

After a while, a gentleman came in and we were told President of the company, but we did not ask for his name. He at first acted nicely until he realized we wanted to return the cards back, he then asked us the reason for returning the cards. We said: due to the quality of service. The calls did not go through therefore customers returned the cards back. He then denied the reason I mentioned. Luckily Cathy, a sale representative in the room herself tested a card in front of Nadia and us - the call did not go through either, Cathy then told the tech guy to fix.

The "president" then convinced us to go to another

room and wait for Avi (the VP). While we were waiting

in the room, the "president" came in again and was so

rude to us: he said he would not take those cards back

due to return policy. We asked him for the policy he

could not get us one. I mentioned FCC he then

challenged us to go for FCC and they will not refund!

We got more upset and argued with him. He intended to

call sercurity guy to kick us out.

Eventually he walked out of the office and closed the door. We were there waiting for another hour and he came to the room we were sitting and asked us what had happened. He pretained that he did know anything. He at first said that the company does not take back active cards! We were arguing with him and asking him why we cannot return the products that we are not satisfied? We are consumers we have the right to return the products

that we are not satisfied. He then accepted only

active cards in the plastic cover and refused to take

other activae cards.

On the top of that he said he will charge 15% restocking fee (while the profit from selling prepaid phonecards only less than 5%!). We were so made at this moment and kept complaining. Avi was so rude and challenged us whether we accept that deal or he would call the sercurity guy to kick us out and he will not pay anything! I could not beleive of what these people had done! We were too tired and just let them make the receipt for 300 $10 x $6.5 = $1,950 and 200 $5 x 3.25 = $650, MINUS 15% stocking fee $390, so the credit memo was only $2,210 instead of $2,600 as it is suposed to be. We had to bring home 145 $10 x 6.50 = $942.5 and 405 $5 cards x 3.25 = $1,316.25, total: $2,258.75. And now we have to either throw these cards away or sell at cheap price to get our money back. As far as our credits, they just promised to pay but did not have us the deadline.

The amount they owe us is not that big but we cannot

accept the way they do business. And we like to file

law suite against this company for all of such things

they did in this afternoon.
