Net 10, hands down, is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Today, for the 3rd month in a row, my LG Optimus stopped working (Error Code 67, but it never clears when I follow the troubleshooting) after I had already paid and added the monthly unlimited card to it. So for the 3rd month in a row, I sit on hold for 20 minutes to explain my problem to someone who obviously is working off a call script with their limited English and do not understand my problem until I have explained it to them at least 3 times. Then, to top it all off, tonight when I call, then hold for 15 minutes, the "customer service" representative transferred me to a department that said they were at their maximum call volume and to try back later!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I had been on the phone with them at least 30 minutes, and now they want ME to call back???I am beyond livid. I tried to tell the guy to transfer me there when he initially picks up the call (seeing as home I am a pro at this, 3 times in a row), BUT NO, each and every person I have to spend 10 minutes explaining the problem, over and over, to every time I speak to them. I cannot believe that the same issue happens every month and I am the one spending DAYS trying to get it fixed. NET10 IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
