I have been a Net10 customer for a few years. I recently bought a new Net10 phone and have been waiting 4 days for my minutes and number to be switched to my new phone. After attempting to resolve the problem on their forums, I called the customer service number, but was unwilling to stay on the line for the estimated 52 minutes to speak to a representative.

The first issue I have had is with getting the minutes and number transferred over. I did it online, but when I finished, the website gave me no information about how long it would take to transfer the number and minutes and when I logged in later in the day to get technical support information, I noticed that according to my account information both the old phone and the new phone are currently inactive. (My old phone does still work.) I also noticed that there is a link to the Spanish version of the user manual for my new phone but not one for the English version.

I went on the net10 forums to try to get help and supposedly someone was looking into it, but I have not heard back from them in a couple of days and they are no longer responding to the messages I am sending them through the forum messaging system.

I would really like to change services now, but the store will not allow me to return the phone and phonecard I bought and I can't afford to spend more money on this. The better business bureau is looking into it, but in the meantime, I have a new phone that I can't use and an old phone that doesn't charge properly.
