I have used this outfit for awhile now, and when I try to get a question answered for a customer it is impossible. They don't have a phone, stating that they are too busy to handle phone calls. I purchased an item which arrived dead-on-arrival. I requested an RMA per their policy, to which I received an email stating that I would be contacted by a representative within 24 hours. That didn't happen. I again requested a RMA, and received the same canned email, no one contacted me. I AGAIN requested an RMA, same response, nothing!. The warranty is going to run out on this item before I get any response. I want my money back including the pumped up shipping charges (charged me for 65 pounds UPS, and when package arrived the UPS label shows 20 pounds, quite a difference in weight and shipping charges!) I am done with this company. It has to be the WORST as far as customer service that I've seen and I've been dealing with the public for over 40 years.
