I placed three orders through www.netdropshipper.com. Here's my experience thus far.

Two of the orders were shipped. Of course, they were not shipped within 48 hours of payment, but they were atleast shipped. Only one of the orders has a tracking number listed. The second order was shipped via USPS (because my buyer receives mail at a PO Box). Evidently Net Dropshipper, Inc. will only provide tracking numbers for FedEx shippments. My customers have yet to receive them, so I'm not sure about the quality. I'll report back when I find out.

The third order has not been shipped. The order was placed and my credit card was charged on 1/6/05. We are severly past the 48 hour shipping deadline! It's impossible to get anyone from this company on the phone, so I e-mailed them yesterday asking about the shipping date. Here's the reply I got this afternoon...

Generally, a member may pay by using his credit card. International transactions and transactions involving the amount of $350 or more, however, need to be prepaid by wire transfer, money order or cashier's check.

The funny part is.... my order was in the amount of $286.95. This rule about $350 purchases doesn't apply to me! Now I have a buyer who is obviously upset and I'm going to have to dip into my pocket to refund their money. What choice do I have? I'm sure eventually I'll get my money back, after filing a chargeback on my credit card, but it just shouldn't be this way. My feedback rating (currently 100% positive) is now in jeopardy because I used this company.

If you're considering using them, don't. You can't wrestle with pigs without getting dirty.
