netfilehosting netfilehostine.info took 550 for website alterations and completly ignored me after recieving payment, i've never heard so many broken promises in all my 30 years on earth Internet

I saw netfilehosting on ebay, i was very interested in their internet auction product but i wanted a few alterations doing. i called andy and he sounded very plesent, we agreed a price of 300 for the site and alterations and i paid him via paypal right away.
after 9 weeks of fobbing me off and ignoring me, i still had no website, so i left negative feedback on ebay. andy then soon contacted me threatening to come down my house and kick the crap out of me, saying he was in the army and he knew paratroopers that don't give a s**t and would do me some damage. i couldn't believe what i was hearing. He refused to give me a refund.
the next day a guy called mark emailed me saying he was andys boss and he was taking over the website and i wouldn't be messed about again. during the 9 weeks i had a lot of time to think and i changed my mind about the website, me and mark negotiated a second deal where i had 5 websites, i paid mark an extra 250.
Again suprise suprise, i get messed about again, i get promises that my websites will be finished, he promised me 8 times i would get some sample templates for my 2 static websites, but i recieved nothing.
The whole thing has taken 15 weeks, i am 550 out of pocket and i have been ignored now for over a week, the last email i recieved was an apology for not sending the templates and he would send them within the hour, but guess what, i never got them.
i tried to claim my money back via paypal, but as it was a service they ruled it in andys favour, he only has a mobie phone number to contact him which he never answers, and his address is nowhere to be seen.
what a waste of time and money, and all i wanted was a few websites doing. Andy quite clearly has not got the skills to do what he says or it would have been done.
to rip me off for 550, during this dificult time is appaling,
stay away from this fraudster, thats the only word to describe him
i have kept all the e-mails from andy and netfile hosting so if anybody wants a copy or wants to chat about what happened with these con men then feel free to e-mail me on
