 In good faith I purcahsed a NetTalk Dupo WifFi for VOIP.  I haven't been able to complete the installation becuase it doesn't recognize the device.   There is NO technical or customer support.  The box the device came in advertises Customer Support 24/7  and provides a phone number.  The phone number response directs the user back to the website.  The online technical support is suppose to be available M-F until 2 PM EDT - not even 8 hours.

I submitted 5 tickets requesting support.  Only response was to provide me with a number and tell me they will get back to me as soon as possible.  First ticket was filed July 9 and I've heard nothing and don't ecpect to hear anything.

The instructions provide online don't work.  Apparently a step or two is missing or I'd be able to complete the installation.  The videos to help aren't helpful because they don't match the website and don't deal with any trouble shooting.  The most frustrating instruction was to find the IP address of the device by using a phone connected to my computer and the net duo device and dial *41#.  Problem is that unless the system has recognized the device there is no dial; tone and no matter how many time I dialed it I still got dead air.

Better Business Bureau has had a number of complaints and apparently company was booted out of BBB because it doesn't resolve the problems.

I just want my money back now.  Should any issues come up over the next year of service I am confident that there will be NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT for resolution.   (I don't think that I will get my money back because it is impossible to get customer service to respond as well.)
