network communications longview texas I Made 2 Local Calls 1 Min Long 20$ a Call longview, Texas
I Went To Walgreens to get some cigarettes and rent some movies from red box i didnt have any change on me and i needed to call my father and brother for the holidays.I Saw a debit card spot on the pay phone so i figured phone companies these days are getting more advanced and makein things easier for people...well i put my card in and it didnt tell me what i was being charged i figured it was 50 cents for local calls.i wasnt even on the phone for 2 minutes for each call.i came home later that day and check my bank account and there was 2 charges of $20.00 for using that phone.i tried goin back to that pay phone and calling the numbers on the phone and there was nothing on there about this company. there was FHS and southwestern bell on it. i called all the numbers on the phone about customer service or money refunds and nobody i talked to could help me.they didnt even know who i was talking about.they also said they had no trace of me even making any phone calls off there phone i told them the numbers i called and they said they didnt see them calls being made. i am going to try and file a claim through my bank (bank of america) FOR fraud.
i feel i have been taken for granted and believe something should be done to these type of companies/businesses.
