Netzero techsupport ripoff Countrywide Internet
I called Netzero five times over a period of a few days, and never got through to anyone. I would wait for a few minutes and then hang up. After a lot of trials I fixed the problem myself. I got billed (900#) for C$45 total for "tech support". Netzero when contacted, refused to reverse the charges except the last one.
Beware, when you are waiting online for Netzero tech support, you will be charged!
