We signed on for a free 30 day trial and cancelled with 10 days left on it. We were charged for our service on our credit card and were requesting a refund also.

Not only was I told we were not in a free trial we were also told that were we in a free trial we still couldn't get a refund because we had actually used the service.

REALLY?!?!?!?!?! Shame on me for using a free trial!

I am in the process of disputing the charge on my credit card but this has been an exercise in futility dealing with customer service. Either their English isn't good enough to do anything but stick to a script or they are rude, rude, rude. I was called names and was told by one CSR that I had no sense!
