I signed up with NetZero 3 weeks ago, when I called after the first week I was on hold for over 3 hours it was just muzak. So by direction from a message while waiting on hold, I could just go to their web site and cancel my subscription from there.

I did so, and then 2 weeks later I get a bill on my credit card for another month. I called Customer Service again, and after being on hold for a total of 1 hour, I tried back using a different technique, and spoke to a lady about my problem. She say's she will wait with me, this time I'm on hold again for 20mins.

So I called again, and did reach someone in Customer Service, she say's they cannot credit my account but if I go to the website I can cancel there instead of waiting for Customer Service!!!!

The reason I didn't like the "NetZero" internet service is that they claim to give you "High Speed" surfing with your telephone connection, this is just plain bogus, its no faster than any other service I've used, and they have a speed meter that shows how much faster your going than normal, it might say 399% faster but your still waiting for a page to load, and its basically going no where...
