okay so me and my wife signed up for NetZero mobile hotspot. The service was terrible so we cancelled after one month of use. I pull up my bank statement and I find they have continued to charge my account this passed month. I call them and they say they can't help me. I just want my money that they are stealing from me back in my account and clean my hands of them. Like I said I cancelled and the following month they are still taking my money. Something must be done about this!!! HELP!
