Neuro Metrix/dba Quell pain remedy Keeps giving me crap "We cannot find your return ans will not return your money until we have the device returned"
I've spent several days haggling with these folks because I want money spent returned to me either into my checking account or by post.
I returned the device to the address it came from! I even returned it in the same box it came to me in. I used their own return address that was clearly printed as the reurn address from priority mail. They sent it from 8 Gill Street Woburn ,Massachusetts and they mailed it to me via Priority mail with a 60 day trial. Unfortunately I was not able to keep it due to the fact the strips that are used to attach the device to the legs caused in me a large reddened raised rash on every place where they were placed.
At first it was I had no code to return it. They sent no paper work with it and needed to request some. then "i sent it to the incorrect address" <, i sent it to where I received it from.
I have verification following my tracking number that it WAS delivered at 10:30 am om Wednesday. I emailed them a copy and gave them the tracking number so they could track it themselves. Todays email states there is no 8 Gill St.< from "a senior Customer service agent"
All in all it has been verified from the Priority Post that they have it. I am getting nowhere fast. I currently have all of the communications from them. They have the device and my money. I will personally recant all of the positive things I wrote to them regarding it and speak again to all of whom I've talked to about it. i returned it well within the 60 day trial period.
Now i want a refund of my money I'd also spent 85.00 for more strips as I'd figured I'd be using them sooner or later and returned the unused ones with the package.
Buyers please beware of this company

Thanks so very much for your assisting me to receive the dollars I'd spent to receive a refund of the $264.00 back from this company they refunded that amount BUT not the extra $85.00+ tax for extra strips I am personally glad to get the amount they did send.
They'd stated in emails that they had NO mailroom but after my report to you said they'd checked the "mailroom" funny they did not have one one minute and all of a sudden they did!
The money was returneed to my account Yesterday.
After a ton of effort It [in my eyes would never happened without your help]. Thanks so very much

Yesterday at about 4:30 pm I received an email from this company from Peter stating they'd checked the mailroom again and still did not find the package I'd sent. Last week it was noted they did not have a mailroom! That they would return the money I'd paid. [ now would that be the $246+tax plus the $85.00+ tax] In 7-10 working days. Which would make it by the end of July or so.
If per chance the device is sent to my return address [clearly stated on the package I sent to them] I will notify the company looking for another address to return it to.] Then return it yet again.
Personally I think this is just another ploy so that they do not return the money I'd spent. Only time will tell. Why is it that they do not have the capital to send it immediately? Their device is costly enough.
