I bought some performance parts for my car in march 2008. I wanted, paid for and ordered a K&N cold air intake, a Magnaflo exhaust, new rims and tires. I got the rims and tires that I ordered. The intake that he put on my car was not the one the I ordered. It was not even K&N. It was a cheap pipe that he bought off Ebay. My 'check engine' light was on for weeks after that. Finally, after several trips back to his shop to get this corrected, he put my K&N intake on. My check engine light went off. The biggest problem I had with Joshua Steele was my exhaust. I ordered Magnaflo, and I paid for a Magnaflo(around $800). When my exhaust came in he told me that it was not a Magnaflo because his venders were out. What he got us was actually a GReddy exhaust-per Nevrslo owner, Josh Steele. I agreed to have the exhaust put on because I've heard of GReddy exhaust and its real good for performance. Upon some research, I find out that GReddy doesn't even make an exhaust for my car. I told Josh about this and he said that my exhaust is actually OBX brand. Further research on my part concluded that he had lied again. OBX brand stamps all their parts with their logo. My parts did not have a logo anywhere on them. I confronted him again and he said that he got my exhaust from XO2 Racing and that he's not really sure what kind it is. I asked him to pruduce a receipt that would show the name brand and he could not. He said that it was emailed to him and he erased it. I told him that I no longer wanted the exhaust on my car since it is unwarranty-able and is not the exhaust that I ordered or paid for. I demanded that he produce the Magnaflo at no cost to me and he told me that he would not. When I told him that I would take legal action, he kicked me out of the shop. He called me a few days later and told me that he would warranty my unknown exhaust through his shop. That was in April. Now it is August and while I was driving home from dropping my cousin off, my muffler blew out and the baffel came out. Fiberglass flies out of the muffler as I drive down the road. I took it to Josh to see if he would come through with his "warranty". He told me that he would take care of it by cutting off my old mufflers and bolting on some new ones-provided that I pay for it. What kind of warranty is that? I told him that I was not about to spend any more money in his shop and that he would be hearing from my lawyer.
