New Castel Harley Davidson Bill from New Castle HD deducted $16 from my refund because he claims a screw 1/4 x 1/2 was missing . New Castle Pennsylvania
I purchased a sissy bar a pad for my motorcycle on line from New Castle Harley-Davidson. Before ordering I made a couple calls and sent some emails to make sure the parts would fit. When it came it would not fit the bike. I got a return number and sent it back. I waited 10 days before I called to see where my refund was and was told a 1/4 ×1/2 screw was missing which I know was not. They issued my refund less $16 for one screw. All total it cost me $56 for something they told me would fit my Motorcycle.
