New Chic Total rip off clothier somehwere in China Internet somewhere in China
This company unique, high-scale clothing at unusually good prices. Their web site is very well done with hundreds of product photos. They do not provide any contact information.
After an unreasonable amount of research I found they are located in China.
I order a pair of shoes on July 21st. They say the shoes were shipped on July 25. Today is August 11th. I did find a live chat on their web site and the chatter could not provided me any information regarding type of shipping or update me on where my shoes are.
Finally, she told me to wait two more weeks and try their live chat again.
Return policy says they have to receive the shoes back in 7 days, when they can't even get them for over a month. Conclusion: no chance of a refund in case they are crap.
