HI I too have suffered the FRUSTRATION all of you have as well. I was in Atlantic City and I KNEW how much I had available on my Mastercard and when it came back insufficient funds @ the ATM ( which is probably good as I would have only lost it ANYWAY) I IMMEDIATELY called my credit card company. They told me of the 48 charge to NHS and I had NO idea who they were. the only thing I could think of was that it was related to a part I received from Hewlett PAckard so I spent over FIVE hours on 3 different days trying to find out if it WAS Hewlett Packard and guess what??? it wasn't!!! I did not find this site till after 7 pm tonite and of course when I called there was no answer but I had ALREADY put in a dispute request with my card service. after reading this site I then called and told them to put a hold on my account to allow NO CHARGES to be made to see if these pieces of scum would try to charge me more money as that would be more evidence in criminal charges against them. I too NEVER was able to access any music from the site and I NEVER authorized any$48 charge. they are DEFINITELY a fraudulent company and if there is ANY kind of legal action instituted by aNYONE on this site please feel free to contact me @ [email protected] as I would definitely be a willng participant in any prosecution of these wastes. What is even SADDER is that there are people who are being paid to DO the dirty work of this bogus firm. so once again I am TOTALLY empathetic to ALL of you out there who were fleeced as I was and all I can say is " YOu live and you learn. in all the time I have been online and used the internet for purchases etc this is the first time I have had this problem and I can ASSURE you it will be the last. no more unknown purchases for me if they are not reputable they are not getting any info from me. but then again it's true.......you get what you pay for. good luck to all you fellow suffers. let's get these CREEPS!!!!!!!!

WOW, I was so ticked, my husband said he was joining a music site, to download music and mp3's. After getting the bill, I questioned him, he said it was only $1.00. It was the 48.00, I called the florida number and a indian man named Ben answered, and asked to put me on hold, so he came back and told me my husband signed up for a porn site, WOW, I freaked out, even called hubby at work. I knew this was nothing like him, but I questioned him, and he said all I ever buy online is music, and I know that. This company had me furious, then to tell me it was porn and it wasn't. They called the site freehotmoviez. Please include me in any action. I also have filed a report with the bank, stating that the 48.00 fee is not what was aggreed upon, $1.00 a month was. Sincerely,
Paul

hey constance my name is paul. i am amogst those people who have been ripped off by this nonexisting agency. I would like to share my experience with you and others who were cheated. i had signed up for some movie download site for my girlfriend who was coming back from england thinking that the site was for a $1. well while signing up i noticed the mention of Four year access on top of the site too. to my understanding i thought the charge of $1 would continue for 4 years and evry month i would be charged $1. however i was charged $48 which is a one time upfront membership fee. i was P#$$ed. but then i calculated that it is for the next 4 years which was charged as an upfront payment. okay very good then i was busy with my life and i forgot about it alltogether. after around a month later i was billed 79.95. what the....? Okay so i called them up and had a fight with a girl named Lisa who was i beleive from phillipines and then with annie paul form that same agency. however they refused to give me a refund for the $48 and they said that they can only put in a ''REQUEST'' yes mark my words a request for the refund of 79.95. i said ok then something is better than nothing at all. now was the funniest part the girl asked for my credit card number and the email address. i refused.to which she (both the girls) replied that it was a ''FRONT HELPDESK''. and they dont have it on their computer. i requested them, politely to transfer me to their billing or legal department. they refused as they were ''NOT AUTHORISED TO DO SO''.so i hung up and called back few days later and an Indian gentelman (?) by the name of Shane Paul ( Jesus) repeated the same S%$#.ok but he agreed to file a request for a total of 127.95 from their end. today it is over 4 weks i know thre is no scope for a refund. fine. but the saddest part being that no one but no one is bothered. Government is sleeping police dead, BBB ...well the point is that when i came to ripoff report.com , same story evry where. my request to any one who reads this , can we not do something about these people. i guess not well Constance u mentioned that u would file a suite. Good just lemme knoqw whenm u will be doing that and i will assist u and so will the others who have been hit by these scumbags. and to ripoffreport.com please come up with a solution to ctch these crooks it s not a question of $127.95 but of moral values and proncipals.

Just the other day i was looking at some free music downloads that were going to charge a dollar to my account, not only did they charge a dollar but they charged another $48, but they also told me that if I dont cancel with in 30 days they will add 79.95 to my acct. Well i canceled everything but the company refuses to refund my money. I have told them I would take further action. Any help with this matter would be much appreciated. Thank you Rachel Russ
