Florida Immigration Attorney

I am an immigration attorney located in Sarasota, Florida. I have met with any number of Mr. Coles's former clients after he has robbed them. These are people who could have succeeded in the immigration process if they had gone to a legitimate immigration attorney from the beginning rather than falling into the clutches of Mr. Coles. I have recommended to these people in the past to sue him, to seek criminal prosecution, and to report him to the Florida Bar Association's Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee.
It sounds like the victims who have reported Mr. Coles to the Ripoff Report are pursuing the former two, but I would also recommend that they report him to the Florida Bar's Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee. The UPL Committee was about to seek prosecution of Mr. Coles for unlicensed practice of law, which is a criminal offense, when he agreed in January of 2008 to sign a cease and desist affidavit to the effect that he would no longer dispense immigration legal advice when he is not a licensed attorney. The Florida Bar UPL Committee is also able to assist in seeking restitution for the victims. I am pasting in below the contact information for their office in the Tampa Bay area, which also covers Sarasota.

For more details, please visit the Florida Bar's website at www.floridabar.org. There is a link titled Unlicensed Practice on the left side of the home page. On the page where that link leads there is useful information on how to file a complaint with the UPL Committee and thereby enlist the Florida Bar's assistance in pursuing Mr. Coles. I hope that the victims succeed in recovering their money and in bringing Mr. Coles to justice.

for any one out there that are investing money in an escrow account please be sure the escrow agent is an attourney and not a company like new horizons, if you do not have your money with an attourney withdraw it now, we have spoken to susan barnes at rockroserealty.com and she told us that no money should be held by brokers, only attourneys so please be warned
