I am a recent college graduate and I was duped by these crafty con artists. What really hooked me was their frequent reference to their connection with JP Morgan Chase, which I had considered a thoroughly reputable bank and institution before these unfortunate events. Their is a chance that the con artists, who include J. Lipski and Allison Hildebrant, at least those are the names that they give, might be lying in using JP Morgan Chase's name or have even tricked this bank into fronting a part of their scam. Wow, I have to admit they really got me; oddly enough I actually made some sales, however neglible, via Ebay and Overstock.com based on their training methods. I even thought I was succeeding based on their "expectations for new merchants."

Here's what I did to counter their scam: I proceeded to write them several scathing emails demanding that they cancel my lease or else I will sue (well I still think that everyone was robbed by these 21st century e-crooks should get together and file a class action lawsuit against them), then after they told me that all I would have to do is pay a $250 cancellation fee I went ahead and did this, then I closed the checking account from which they were deducting approximately $100 a month from. And if they choose to attack my credit I will immediately dispute their fees with my Experian Credit Protection service. I suggest the same to anyone else caught in a similar bind. Well, anyway this battle is making me stronger so I thank God and lot's of great things have happened to me in the midst of it; actually I'm still committed to being a successful entrepreneur most positively. My website is www.thriveconstantly.com. Opening my own business facilitated me moving to Atlanta; I love it here. The people are great. In particular I love all of the beautiful women most positively. Well that's basically it. Things are going well in general.

Dear Paul : Why do you use the term "crafty con artists"? You contacted us for a Merchant account through a contact form from one of our many referral sources. This we have a legal record of. We simply provided you with the Merchant Services our firm offers. Now as far as I can tell you received a Valid Merchant Account (Line Of Credit to receive funds the Visa / MC Network), a New Nurit 2080, 15 Business Consulting Sessions we offer as a courtesy to ALL New Clients. Not to mention an abundance of Supplier Resources available if you needed. Of which you used and made money!!!! I can proove this. Now you are using the Curious Term "crafty con artists" after quiting on your Company. Please note ALL Fees are disclosed prior to signing contracts, During the Signing of the Contracts (Its In Writing on both the lease and merchant application), as well as disclosed at the time of the installation of your System where the Leasing Company Verbal's the lease (By telling you about ALL THE FEES) and its Terms & Conditions and they ask if this is acceptable. You Said Yes. So, I have a hard time believing you were wronged in anyway. We do however want to extend our hand to assist your business. There was NO "crafty con artists" since you solicited US. Not the other way around. Please be aware that we are not a part of EIS, we are an option for merchant services if you choose. It clearly stated you did NOT need to use our services. So even if you can find Merchant Services Cheaper, there is no law against charging more for OUR Services. We offer more to our "Working Clients". Paul, I'm sorry your experience with your business was a bust. But to blame others for Your lack of hard work or due diligence is not only unfair, but is narrow minded to pass the buck on blame of not reading, not listening or not following instructions. Besides, YOU MADE MONEY!! ALSO You got clearence from your Attorney accourding to your email! Again we broke no laws or E-Crooked anyone. As far as any other false claims I am formally advising you to cease & desist any further false claims of ""crafty con artists" & e-crook" that you have been stating. NMS has never misrepresented our services nor do we wish to turn our backs on you. We would be more then eager to assist your efforts of success with your business venture. DISPITE your unprofessional behaviour! Respectfully, JP
