We're Your Partners" I did not understand the alleged con was to lock me into a 4 year non cancelalbe contract with another company. Patchogue New York
This e-con is very subtle. They do provide what is promised but in a way I could not use. The information dump on me was overwhelming. The phone support was an impatient New Yorker. I had three phone calls.
I thought I was accepting an offer from a single company that wrote an email to me stating their policy; "We're More Than JUST your Processor...We're Your Partners" Mary Damski, NM Services, Inc.
I never made any money. I continued paying monthly for six months without a single follow up call from my 'new parters'. I am certain my new partners will simply say that If I am too stupid to use their 'professional' support that it is not their fault, but mine.
Now I am being threatened by the leasing corp. with legal action and bad credit. It seems they are seperate from 'my new partners' and it would appear as if I sought them out for this lease. I was led by 'my new partners' to them like a lamb to the slaughter house.
I will be meeting with my layer this week. It seems there is more than a handful of ripped-off customers giving testimonials on this site. I would wager there are many more who would be willing to join a class action lawsuit against all the companies involved in this alleged conspiracy to defraud by misleading advertisements.

Key in google american pos ripoff and scam. They are part of other scams in other areas from the looks of this. This is the same people, except their branch in Louisiana ripped me off. They are threatening collections for money I do not owe and I was wondering if they ruined your credit. No point in paying people one does not owe. We should take this to Judge Judy !!
