Stay Away is my advise to all! NMS / EIS misrepresented themselves by stating they were affliated with JP Morgan Chase. The fact of the matter is... 1st National Processing is the processor listed on most, if not all, lessee's paperwork for the credit card machine. Their corporate website is - http://www.1nbcard.com/. At the bottom of the webpage is the following verbage: "Registered ISO/MSP for J.P. Morgan Associates Inc."

JP Morgan Associates Inc is an "umbrella" for trade names such as Bank One, JP Morgan, JP Morgan Chase, JP Morgan Securities, JP Morgan Credit Card Services, etc.

Preliminary findings indicate that NMS / EIS is only a "third party" through thier relationship with 1st National Processing. And if 1st National Processing is sponsored by JP Morgan Associates Inc to process transactions, then NMS / EIS affliation with JP Morgan Chase is clearly misrepresented & abused. I have "in-house" documentation from that clearly shows the misrepresentation & abuse of the aforementioned (Lipsky, I have your sales script).

Just the name and thought of a relationship with "JP Morgan Chase" was a deciding factor to enter into a contract with NMS / EIS. But when I had problems processing my very first order for an amount over over $10000.00, I found out that JP Morgan Chase - Merchant Account Processing Center did not even recognize my merchant ID number that was issued to me by NMS / EIS (further evidence that NMS / EIS misrepresented their relationship with JP Morgan Chase).

The drop shippers list that NMS / EIS provided is "garbage." I found my own drop-shippers at better prices compared to the drop-shippers NMS / EIS provided.

Their web site is a template in which NMS / EIS takes the approach of "one size fits all." And in the golden age of "branding," this approach is not going to work to differentiate your website from other websites, aside from the products being offered.

I have contacted JP Morgan Chase and advised them of NMS / EIS practices. I would also advise that if anyone has a contract with MBF Leasing brokered through NMS /EIS, read it over carefully and see if there is anything within the contract that specifies a pro-rated payment deduction for the first and last payments. You will avoid many many headaches when transferring funds into a clearing account (if one has it) to make the payments.

NMS / EIS is a company everyone should stay away from! You can get free credit card machines now with processing services (like Richard in Florida pointed out - Pay Pal is cheap and a better alternative). Web development is relatively inexpensive. And you can find your own drop-shippers without having to pay a fee. I did it and I regret ever entering into an agreement with NMS / EIS.

I want to make clear that I have nothing against JP Morgan Associates or 1st National Processing. I truly believe they are reputable companies. However, it only takes one "contractor" such as NMS / EIS to tarnish such a reputation. I would only hope that JP Morgan Associates Inc & 1st National Processing would hold NMS / EIS accountable for the clear misuse of thier names.

LeaseSource, Inc is now working with these people

Now that Northern Leasing got away from these people, they are working with Lease Source, Inc. LeaseSource seems to have several addresses, one being in New York and another being in Sioux Falls, SD. They seem as bad as New Merchant Services. They don't want to work with anyone and they threaten you with lawsuits. It doesn't matter to them that you have been scammed. They just want your money. Even though I no longer have their machine (I sent it back with signed receipt necessary) and told them that I had been scammed, they still were very threatening and tried to intimidate me.

Finally Northern has stopped dealing with On-Line Fraud Companies

I have been in the Credit Card business for a long time and I got tired of hearing how all these leasing companies were ripping people off. Most every merchant I see wants to lease their equipment, it just makes good financial/tax sense. The problem has been these on-line scam companies that tell people that they MUST have a terminal for on line sales. Thats a JOKE. Use Pay-Pal, Its Free to use except for the discount fees. The Scam companies just want to collect Thousands of dollars by forceing people to lease equipment they DON'T NEED. Thank you Amy with Northern Leasing for your integerity and sound business practice- and thank you Rip-Off Report for letting people have a voice and EXPOSE the FRAUDSTERS

Christopher- I'm not sure who you are, but I can tell you that if your first order was for 10 THOUSAND Dollars, thats why you were turned off! You CLEARLY DID NOT Read your Contract that Stated (Clearly) you have a Line of Credit to receive monies for each order. Its called an Average Ticket Size & Monthly Volume. If you called us with that 1st sale which All Clients are TOLD TO DO, you would have found out that you could NOT process such a LARGE order on a 1st sale! There was NO Misrepresentation since we do Represent 1st National / Chase Contracts and there is NO LAW against accepting MOTO / Internet / Home Based Businesses. Besides, you solicited US. Not the other way around. Also The Owners of MBF Leasing: Lori Leflein, Brian Fitzgerald & Bill Healy were briefed abiout the types of business we specialise in (Home Based / Internet / Start up Business). They Accpteted these contracts and we can proove it. Please be aware that we are not a part of EIS, we are an option for merchant services if you choose. It clearly stated you did NOT need to use our services. So even if you can find Merchant Services Cheaper, there is no law against charging more for OUR Services. We offer more to our "Working Clients". Also be aware Northern Leasing has over 230 Negative Feedback on the OFFICIAL BBB Website, and they received a Poor Rating from them, yet they are bashing us (If thats not "The Pot Calling the Kettle Black": (copy & Paste into your browser) http://www.bbbnewyork.org/businessreports/Default.aspx?id=37657&page=1&NameValue=Northern%20Leasing&action=search1 This whole Mess with Northern Leasing / MBF Leasing is outrageous! This is nothing more then a "Witch Hunt" that my attorneys are going to seek compensation from ALL PARTIES THAT ARE SLANDERING MY COMPANY! We Broke NO Laws! We Disclosed ALL Contract Terms & Conditions Before, during and after signing. These accusations are Frivolous and Discriminated. I have retained a Law Firm that Specializes in these areas. Christopher, I'm sorry your experience with your business was a bust. But to blame others for Your lack of hard work or due diligence is not only unfair, but is narrow minded to pass the buck on blame of not reading, not listening or not following instructions. Again we broke no laws or misrepresented anyone.
