I am delighted that you think I am someone else, that means you have very carelessly done your research. The same way you carelessly rip people off, destroy their property, and write your own good reviews. There are now 922 people in this "New Planet Moving SUX" campaign and if the woman you mentioned is one of them, so be it and GOOD FOR HER! We are still sending out 5000 emails a day about your deception, fraud, and extortion and many of our followers have elected to post reviews under our screen name (since we have offered it to all). And guess what! We ARE NOT going away. We will continue to gather members and post bad reviews (which are ALL TRUE) about your company for the rest of our lives. Think about it, that's 50 plus years for many of us. You are a pack of pathetic liars who hold people's furniture hostage in order to extort more money from them. You destroy a third of what you deliver, and you breech every contract you make. Check Better Business Bureau rating, was a C minus, fast approaching a D minus. You crooks are scum and it will catch up to you. Grim Reaper and Friends

...the consumer should have believed the reviews he/she read. A low price is no excuse for shoddy and abusive service. The rip off begins with this company purposely low-balling an estimate for doing a service and then having no intention of honoring the price. Why? Because the mover knows full-well he's allowed to under the law. The mover knows they don't have to deliver under the law for 20 days. Promises? The mover thinks promises are for suckers. You can read it in the comments provided. The mover doesn't care.
Insofar as to the mover's comment - just remember a scam mover like this fool...is lying. Scam movers lie the minute they open their mouths. Any positive comments about a mover are generally planted by employees or owners of the moving company. Otherwise, why would someone who had a wonderful move come to a site called ripoffreport.com? Answer: no one.
One day guys, someone is going to be smart enough to lift the limits on Carmack, and then you'll be out of business. Until then, all consumers are well advised to (1) stay away from movers located in Florida (2) stay away from movers on the internet, and (3) if at all possible...do it yourself.

I found an attorney on CheapLawyers.com that will sue on contingency. There is also a class action suit circulating around thru someone called the Grim Reaper (find on Facebook under name of Jax Ajax). These criminals did the same thing to me and I do not intend to let them get away with it.
You can sue for ALL the costs and damages and for emotional distress. Also, be sure to file complaints with every agency and website that will allow your complaints. Owner's name is Moshe Alosh, this Joe character's name is Yossi Cohen, and Leslie Fontaine, Fara Gallegos, and Lauren Canavan are also personally liable for your losses. You can sue them individually as well suing the company as a whole. You can and should also file criminal charges against them for fraud and extortion. Do the world a favor and don't let these barbarians get away with this. I have several websites where I am posting complainsts such as yours. Can I reprint this complaint on that site? Let me know. You can send your response to [email protected]. Take care and good luck.
