I hired this company to provide transportation to a client who was arriving into NYC

Oct. 29, 2011: Pick up at JFK and drop off at Port Authority. Nov. 5, 2011: Pick up in Sheraton Times Squares & Tower and leave at JFK

On Oct. 29th the flight was diverted and arrived at Buffalo, NY because of the snowstorm in the area of New York. On Saturday Oct. 29, I contacted Mitchell from New York Airport Limousine Service who told me not me to worry as they are constantly online verifying flight arrival times and that he will make sure they pick up the passanger as soon as he saw there was a time and date assigned for that flight. They had both the passangers cell phone and my cell phone. On Oct. 30. I called to check if they had a new time for pickup and was told there was yet no time or date of arrival, but that they will call me as soon as they had picked up the passanger.

On Monday I called the airline to see if the flight had arrived and they told me that it had come on Sunday at 10: 30 pm. I call Mitchell to confirm pick up and he just told me that they had not picked up the passanger.

So basically our client had arrived into NYC and not transportation company was waiting for him.

On Nov. 5 the company was supposed to pick up our client at the hotel at 5: 30 am. At 6 am, I called the driver to confirm pickup and the driver told me that he was on his way home as the passanger was not out waiting for him so he left. They didnt take the time to call the passagner or me to notify us that the driver was waiting outside. At this I was not happy and mentioned that they should had called me, as I was the client and the person who had hired them, just to let me know that the passanger was not outside. Also the passenger would not be outside all the time waiting for the transportation company as it was very cold at that time. The transportation company replied that that was not their job, they were hired to pick up, transport and drop of a passanger. The owner, Mitchell, began to curse and use the worst language possible before he hung up on me. At this point I was not going to go anywere with him and just didnt try to call him again.

As I checked today my credit card, I see this character had the audacity to charge $154.75 for his services even though the originally fee was for: $ 118.75 all inclusive. As I tried to fix this situation, I was only received with more faul language and unprofessionalism. So at the end, my client was not picked up, I was cursed out and to top it off, they charged me a higher amount for the worst service ever.
