New York City Fashions - NYC Fashions ripoff, won't respond to emails or phone calls ripoff Brooklyn New York
On Sept. 23, 2005 I purchased 100 Louis Vuitton wallets online from John at NYC Fashions for $900.00. Prior to this I had spoken to John several times about their products and their policies. He informed me that I would recieve my order in 1-3 business days and that I was to pay with a check or money order. They were having problems with credit card companies selling their customers information.
I sent him a cashiers check for the total amount on Sep. 23, 2005. He said to give it a day to let the funds clear, and then they would ship. He recieved the check on the 27th of Sept. I called to verify that he did recieve the check, I put a tracking number on it. He said that he had not recieved anything yet. He called me back and said that his partner had recieved it. and this was the last time that I had spoken with him.
I have tried to call numerous times and was only able to get a voice mail, so I left several messages inquiring as to the status of my order. I also emailed them on two different occasions expressing my concerns. Their policy is that if you have not recieved the order after 21 business days then you may request a refund. So I asked to either be informed as to the status of my order or to give me the $900.00 back.
To date I have still not heard from them. So. I call every day, but still no answer. The phone number on their site is a cell phone that is normally full, and unable to accept any more messages.
Also, they just purchased another site so buyers beware.
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome! Hey thanks for the info. I had filed a complaint with them last night before I found this website. I also filed a complaint with the better business bureau of NY last week. Take a look at world wide replicas and note any similarities. Keep me informed as to what happens with your case.

I've filed an compliant against the comapny at the Internet Fraud Compliant Center their website is http://www.ifccfbi.gov you also need to file an compliant against them.
